Our company offers our employees a great benefit package.

Listed below are our guidelines and benefits:
Each employee is considered temporary for the 1st ninety days.
Health insurance begins 90 days after permanent employment.
After an employee has worked 1 year he will become eligible for 1 week paid vacation. After your 1st year, you will accumulate 1 day per year to a maximum of 2 weeks paid vacation.
An employee must be here 1 year to be eligible for 5 paid sick days per year.

An employee must work 6 months before becoming eligible for paid holidays.
We will not tolerate alcohol, drugs, theft, habitual tardiness or absences. Immediate termination will result for non-compliance.
There are 8 paid holidays - Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter (either Good Friday or Easter Monday, depends on work schedule), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day.
All employees will be required to take and pass a random drug testing. Non-compliance will result in immediate termination.
